We are so excited to announce the winner of this year’s Patty Mitchell Northwest Section of The Ninety-Nines Scholarship – Gabi Scholz!! We asked Gabi to tell us a little about herself:

My name is Gabrielle Scholz, and I am an aspiring professional pilot originally from Brazil. I moved to the United States to pursue my dream of earning my FAA licenses, including Instrument, Commercial, and CFI. To support my training, I have worked as a nanny, dedicating myself fully to making my aviation goals a reality. I am about to take my IFR checkride and I am also focusing on my Commercial Pilot Certificate. Receiving this scholarship is a tremendous honor, and it will help me continue progressing in this journey. I am passionate about aviation and deeply grateful for the opportunity to keep advancing toward my dream of becoming a professional pilot.
