Annual Meetings

Upcoming Annual Meeting

Date: September 13-14, 2024

Location: Olympia, Washington

You are cordially invited to our Fall Northwest Section Conference September 13-14 in Olympia, the state capital of Washington. The host chapter, Mount Tahoma, has planned some fun activities and educational events. It will also be a good opportunity to network with your sister 99s.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Olympia will be the main venue. They have offered a discounted rate of $139 plus tax that expired August 3. Book your room using the above hotel link or call the number on the registration form. If you'd like to share a room and need help finding someone to share with, let us know, and we will help connect you.

On Friday afternoon, the Squaxin Indian Nation is offering an optional boat ride and salmon bake. Numbers will be limited. Additional information including the fee will follow. There is a lively local farmers market near the hotel from 10am-3pm Thursday through Sunday.

On Saturday the annual business meeting followed by the keynote lunch will be at the hotel. In the afternoon we'll head to the Olympia Regional Airport for tours, and then the Olympic Flight Museum for the awards banquet.

The 2-page registration form includes more information about activities, hotel, meals, registration cost, and who to contact with questions. Send your form to your section leaders at northwest99s@gmail.com. Please register by July 29, which is also when the hotel discount expires. The deadline to register for the conference is Sept. 3.

Not able to join us in person? We plan to host the Saturday morning business meeting virtually for all 99s. Please email northwest99s [at] gmail.com for the link.
